The project began from the “Shell and Core” phase and was developed into a complete, fully integrated design. The project involved space planning, a contemporary design concept, and the integration of green elements to bring the outdoors inside, creating a modern, natural atmosphere.

Inspired by Abu Dhabi’s climate, the color palette reflects soft sands, mangrove trees, and bluegreen island waters. Curved walls and partitions evoke the desert sands and sea waves.

The design features open office spaces with plant-filled storage partitions, break-down areas, brainstorming zones, and a spacious staff area with a pantry. Presentation screens and meeting rooms of varying sizes support team collaboration. Additionally, semi-private seating areas and soundproof booths provide private spaces for employees.

A VIP suite was also created, including a VIP office, conference room, Majlis, pantry, toilet, and waiting area. The design also includes administration and management offices, ensuring
efficient workflow and communication.
